The 'Stress Recovery and Relaxation' programme uses the tools of Kundalini Yoga and is designed to help you to:
-alleviate stress
-relax
-increase mental clarity
-rejuvenate and re-energise
-regain emotional balance in times of distress
Stress is caused by changes that take place in our lives - pleasant ones or difficult ones. Each time we face stress many changes happen in the body and the brain, typically an adrenaline response. In most cases this will last for a short period, while the body and brain re-align. However, if we are unable to adjust to a new challenge or if difficulties arise in quick succession, our body remains in a constant state of stress, which eventually exhausts us physically and emotionally.
The 'Stress Recovery and Relaxation' programme will help you relax and de-stress during difficult times and will give you the tools to overcome the physical and emotional strain.
